I hold an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore. Over 26 years, I worked with leading organizations including Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, and Dumex across India and Asia Pacific in roles spanning sales, marketing, operations, and general management.

Over the past 14+ years, I have advised and consulted organizations such as Volkswagen, Bayer, Cello, Kris, Makarizo, Mayur Suitings, Ayushakti, Mind Technologies, and Hia Designs.

I have also served at IIM Udaipur as Head of Placement and Career Services Advisor, working closely with students on career positioning, employability, and long-term growth strategy.
