Anju is a certified PMP® professional and Scrum Master with over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, leading and delivering mid- and large-scale projects and programs across industries for clients in Asia, the US, the UK, and Europe.

She began her career as a software engineer and has more than a decade of hands-on experience in software design and development across multiple technologies and platforms. This strong technical foundation, combined with extensive leadership experience, enables her to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution.

Today, Anju works at Pacific AI, where she manages AI initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions. Her work includes AI project delivery, customer success, operating model design, governance frameworks, and strategic planning. She helps organizations adopt AI responsibly while ensuring projects remain aligned with business goals, governance requirements, and measurable outcomes.

Alongside her industry work, Anju is an entrepreneur building SaaS products and has been a project management consultant, helping organizations improve their project, product, and operational practices.

Anju holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications and is an alumna of IIM Indore. She is also an active contributor to the project management community, with articles published in leading project management journals.

As an instructor, Anju enjoys simplifying complex topics into practical, easy-to-understand concepts. Her courses focus on real-world application rather than theory alone, enabling learners to build confidence and immediately apply what they learn in their professional roles.

She is passionate about helping project managers stay relevant in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
