The course is structured in modules that build on each other and that can be combined in different sequences. Each module has a different focus such as forward bends, backbends, sun salutations, twisting postures etc. teaching you the most important factors. There are two full-length classes that combine everything you have learned, offering a comprehensive integration of your practice.
