Finally, we go back to Waterfall- See the PMBOK 2021 ECO Guidelines- People- Process- Envt., PMBOK 7th Edition 2021, and PMBOK ProcessGuide 2023

We cover PMBOK guide latest thinking from PMBOK 7th Edition and PMBOK Process Group Guide 2023 to give students a quick overview of the new guides recently introduced and summary of whole guide in a very subtle way.

We discuss each one of them quickly to give you a grasp of these latest guides in just a few sessions and videos.

The course ends up with Talking about Hybrid Projects- combining Agile- Waterfall based on actual real life needs.

We Finally discuss the PMBOK Way of doing Hybrid Projects by mixing and matching different approaches.
