Foot care is more than Reflexology, it's the exercises that energise our root chakras. Here Deborah shares exercises that were gifted to her by a physiotherapist who stayed with her a little while. At that time Deborah was barely able to mobilise and experienced unremitting and "untreatable" pain...
Assessments questions to now be answered and sent for marking.
The questions in this section relate to health and safety in the UK. This is the first assessment, there is a further two health and safety assessments to be completed. This activity requires students listen and write down the questions and then answer them and keep this information in their portfolio of learning. This approach serves to help those whose first language is not English but who want to improve their skills in this area also.
