
Self hypnosis is an easy road into the unconscious . This allows us to find our life blue print and reorganize it to suit our goals , life , aspirations and essentially anything we want in life . Your unconscious is a power house that stores who you are as a person . We can access this road in by using self hypnotic techniques to change what needs to be changed. All t takes is some elements of hypnotherapy , repetition and a clear goal .
The uncosncious blue print is the internal mechansim that dictates your life to who , what and where you are now .
The imprining stage is developed from the age 0f 1-9 years old . It is created around your parents beleis , your environment , your leanining stages , what youe see , hear and feel.
The unconscious holds the power to : wisdom , emotions , good and bad feelings , memories and is very eager to please you and make life a success .
The conscious mind : is the planner , logical , step taker and is the key to self awarness .
Analogy : The Conscious mind is the captain . While the unconscious is the ship , crew , cargo , compass and map
Find your goal
Ask yourself what goes above that ?
Keep repeating until you can not decribe it but can feel it
Repeat step up goal setting , until you reach the point of not being able to describe the goal .
- Think of a symbol that represents this . What is the first thing that pops into mind ?
- Take this symbol and find the emotion attached to it eg happiness , freedom , confusion .
R - Rest the mind
E - Emotion stop
S - Silence conscious thinking
T - Tools for goal setting
Instructions 1 : Look at any object in your vision . Stare continuously for 30-45 seconds ( this is the train your awareness )
2 : Stare at object , when eyes become tired , close eyes and just allow anything to happen ( do not force anything )
3 : Stare at object , close eyes , become curious as to thoughts , images , symbols etc
This is the the rest method in action . The only step you need to do cosnciously is the R portion the unconscious will take care of the rest for you

By adding a convincer to your self hypnosis you will trick the conscious mind ( the mind that stops goals ) that it is not needed to analyse this new goal . The direct road into the unconscious .
Exercise 1 . Place hands on lap face down
- With eyes shut , concentrate on either hand and notice which hand feels different ( maybe heavier , lighter etc )
- Continue to concentrate on that feeling and notice is will increase ad your body will start to follow
- After a few minutes of this you will notice your body , heavy and relaxed , no emotions , eyes heavily shut , random ideas and thoughts will flash in the mind
Continue to practice this as the feelings will get stronger.
How the affirmation started and the mistake that are made when using them
Creating your affirmation :
Simple statement ( eg .everyday im feeling healthier and energized )
Keep it short ( not a paragraph )
In the positve
Sate as if already happened
Repeat with feeling
This is a long version of an affirmation where you will talk to your self as if talking to someone else . instead of planning this peach you take your main idea ( I am living a happy life ) and talk your self into it
Think of end result
Not each step
Imagine 2-3 different scenes that dictate the end result having happened
An easy step where you keep yourself in trance and allow the new connections to be made . You can just allow anything to happen and just enjoy the relaxation it provides . ( the most powerful stage that is always missed )
Utilize the steps for self hypnosis but do not use the cave cycle . Simply set a direction before you start the trance process but ask or prime your mind by asking it for help .
EG . I want to start a new career but not sure how to start . ( repeat this idea in your mind , put your self into trance and allow your unconscious mind to work on it . This may not be clear straight away , its almost like tasking your uncoscious mind with a job and asking it to report back to you when its done
Utilize the process of going to sleep at night , and ask your unconscious to work on something that's needs improving in your life and while you sleep it can keep busy with this task .
